When you dream, you wake - recall a fleeting moment.
You may not remember the beginning or the end,
but you are left with an impression,
a picture from a story that took place,
a moment of clarity.

IN THE SILENCE
It is the silent, solitary moment
That becomes art for me.
The camera, my imagination and
A self imposed blindness that guide me.
My eyes, having given up the need to know,
Do not see the image I am about to capture.
In this quiet darkness,
The air grows still, Silent.
I listen, hear and feel my intuition,
Instinct that echoes clearly in the silence.
It is here that my next image lies.
